The tiny little “gem” of life.

Have you ever wonder about the simplest things in life that gives a big impact in your day. A tiny little thing that made up your day. Something as simple as a text message from your love one or a bar of chocolate from your friend, maybe a good book or even a cup of coffee or tea.

For today’s entry I will share few little things that bring sweetness to my life. This the top five list of things that made up my everyday life.

1) Foods and buddies - Whenever I feel life is giving me “a great big slap on my face” I will have lunch or dinner or perhaps a late supper with few of my good friends. It is truly a great feeling having a meal and sharing stories with them. The food does not have to be a proper one. It can be as simple as cream crackers.

2) An empty laundry basket – Honestly, I hate doing my laundry. I have a bad habit of doing laundry once a month. I will wait for my laundry basket to get full. When I said “full” it means three pails full of clothes stuffed in a single laundry basket. I myself hated the view of it. I have tried to wash all my clothes one time and it ended being soaked for a week. In the end, I just let all of it dry and send it to the laundry shop. It cost me around fifty to sixty ringgit. I know it is quite expensive. But, after seeing the empty laundry basket of mine, it was just “wow” I did not have to burden my head anymore.

3) Cats – I have four cats in my house. Rusty, Blacky, Migule and Bagong. These cats sometimes annoyed me. They make the kitchen and bedrooms dirty. No need further explanation for the dirty part; you do not want to know about it. But, these annoying cats sometimes act as therapists. They make me forgot my entire problem for a short period of time. They make me calm down with their “purring” and their cuteness.

4) Anime and Comics – Simply say I love reading comic book and watch anime. I spend hours on it. I even forgot to do my assignments because of these two things.

5) Good musics – This is common thing for everyone. I did not have any specific genre that I like. If I feel that it is brilliant, then I will go for it.

If you would like to share your own “gems” of life feel free to do so.
