Now, let me tell you about myself. My name is Sanchez Alphonsus Bin Samuil, some of my nickname are:

1. Onsot - those who are close to me and known me for a long time call me this.

2. Chester - well, so far only one of my friend call me this, a Punjabi girl and she is one of my course mate.

3. Chez - few of my friends call me this.

4.  San a.k.a Ah San - It’s a long story, so this is the short version of it – since my name is considered too long and some people found it’s hard to pronounce my name, so, I just ask them to call me San. Then, since my face looks like Chinese (according to them) so, they call me Ah San. Not many people use this to call me, only few Malay uncles, which I’ve been working with for a month, on the previous semester break.

5. Sus – A Malay friend call me this, she is my course mate.

6. Chanchess – It sound like that and I’m not sure who called me this. But, I think probably one of my course mates did.

I was born on 13^th of February 1995 at 2.30 in the evening, in Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Kota Kinabalu. But, I was raised at Kampung Bongkol, Pitas. I have a younger sister. She is 17. My mother is Rungusian from Pitas, and my father is Murutian from Tenom. Pitas and Tenom are situated between a really great distances from each other. I don’t know how they met. My mom refuses to tell me, every time I ask her how they met. Same goes with my father. But the thing is love knows no distance, it could happen everywhere.

I can speak my mother’s language very well, though my vocabulary is more to modernized Rungus. I wish to learn my father’s language too. But, I was raised among Rungusian and just can’t help to not know Murut. Malay language very well and also English.
