Stay slim and slender
I have a friend who since three
years ago her body stay slim and slender. I have asked her about her secret and
she shared her secret of staying slim! Okay do not get too excited, first of
all she told me that there are 8 types of body shapes. Well, for women of
course.
There are eight body types for
women, straight, pear, spoon, hourglass, top hourglass, oval, inverted triangle
and diamond body types.
She told me that the secret to
maintain slim are;
Diet
She has told me that a proper
diet is important. She herself follows the Japanese diet. Well as an Asian the
Western style of diet is not suitable for us, she told me. And when I come to
think about it she is right. You can search in Google to know more about
Japanese diet.
Exercises
Exercising is important to stay
slim. She prefers walking as her exercising method. When I asked her why she does
not choose jogging she explained that walking burns more calories compared to
any other exercise method. Walking on the flat ground does not build any bulky
muscles.
After listening to her, I try my
best to follow the Japanese diet. It did work! I mean Japanese diet helps you
to have a good metabolism! But I do not last very long in following this diet.
It does not hard it just I do not have the discipline to follow everything. I
guess I will just be me.
